You sent me the wrong item. I emailed you and asked you to fix it, and instead of believing me and maybe checking with your warehouse about fulfilling the order wrong you told me I would essentially have to prove I wasn't lying and send photos of everything. You also said that wouldn't even resolve your error, that would only open an investigation into you filling my order incorrectly. No mention of correcting your error or apologizing for sending me the wrong thing. Just told me I had to send you stuff to fix it. Very disappointing, I wish your customer service was focused on honoring the customer instead of making them prove their honesty and integrity. Says a lot about your company that you wouldn't check with your people first. Will not order from you again.
