I needed a different size for a couple items. The return process took way longer than expected after mailing back the original items. Since the items I needed had limited stock I informed them that I repurchased the correct sizes. Days later, I was then told that my return was given in store credit and now I am obligated to spend more money. It was only about $25 but with proof of purchasing the new items I don't see why an actual refund could have been given. Instead I was told not to worry because "You have time to use your store credit". So even though I made two large purchases I'm obligated to spend more.
