I'm not sure why they use the shipping company that they do, but it is by far the worst and the slowest Logistics provider available. It doesn't save me any money. But it does take much longer to get my stuff with an inaccurate tracking number **Update** After their reply I checkedmy tracking info. Their is no "recent tracking update" last update was 3 days ago.
