I ordered from the website. Apparently from the outlet section. They don’t do returns or refunds. Their website sizing matched for the XL size, matched me, but when they arrived nothing fit. When I explained this to customer service, they said I could send back my items and to make sure they were packed nicely for resale, but all they could offer me was store credit. So they were going to keep my money, make money off the items I sent back, and give me store credit for size guides that don’t work for my body. Plus the fabric feels quite cheap in comparison to the price, thin materials etc. Probably won’t recommend shopping with them unless you’re a size small.
