Ryder swiftly responded to my original review (see below) with an appropriate customer care email to me. They didn’t understand what was wrong with the email link for inquiries about missing/late orders (so maybe don’t use that!), but they otherwise pleasantly and promptly remedied the situation and now I have the best workout leggings in my collection. They are high quality, beautiful clothing. (Original review) My order, which I placed over a month ago, never arrived. I contacted Ryder twice at the email address they provided for problems, and they have not contacted me back. It’s looking like I’m getting neither leggings nor customer service.
