I wasn’t happy with customer service at all. When submitting my order your system automatically changed my STE number! I emailed you guys as soon as I received the receipt so you could make the change of the address. I was told you couldn’t do that. Not sure why? My package wasn’t shipped out till days later! I own an online boutique I know how it works. It could’ve been easily changed especially that it was on your guy’s end. Now my package is getting sent back because of the incorrect address. Horrible!!!!!
