Ordered two pair of workout shoes, waited approx. a month sending requests weekly, limited response. Got notice of mail being lost, two new pair were sent out by express mail that arrived in two day's. Handled poorly at beginning, was fully taken care of by a competent worker after noticed the timely hardship. Still great products and prices, will continue telling others of this great store.
