Terrible costumer service!! Hermes (mail company) lost my parcel in December. It is the 7th January and I am still waiting to hear back from their customer service, apparently base in Australia. I can't believe, this company doesn't have a costumer service team in the UK. The order was a Christmas gift...completely ruined.
