I love ryderwear! The quality of these pieces is excellent. The mail now days is always a little slow. After no updates on my tracking for over a week I reached out via email to customer service for an update. Not only did they respond within 24 hours, but they returned my shipping fee for my inconvenience. I am extremely impressed with their timeliness and kindness. Just another reason I’ll be a life long customer. ♥️
