I am usually a size 14-16, i purchased L in 3 sports bras. these are soft and comfortable, however they are not supportive, and fabric is very stretchy and padding is mainly unstructured; would not feel held in enough for a jog or hiit class or crossfit style exercise which I am a little disappointed about.
