I was super excited about the three sets of shoes I bought from Ryder wear. A pair of red D-maks, a paint of white hi top x force and a pair of camo hi top x force. Unfortunately the left shoe of the d-mak had the sole coming off from the heel to about the middle of the shoe. I wrote to Ryder wear and within 2 days Joanna wrote back and asked for a couple pictures of the shoe. After reviewing the pictures she had informed me that they were sending me a new set. These are all comfortable shoes. They lace up nice and really keep a nice tightness around my ankles. I'm a fan of otomix shoes but to be honest otomix customer service it horrible. DHL is the only thing I didn't like about the order. Beyond that because of Joanna and the quality of the shoes I'd definitely recommend Ryder wear to anyone looking for a comfortable pair of lifting shoes. Thanks! Looking forward to more shoes in tge future.
