Very grateful on accepting a return for me and providing a label. I am usually very happy with Ryderwear clothes and yet to return anything as my first time in years I have been wearing the brand. It almost looked like I was sent men sweatpants. I paid afterpay and the email said a refund would be provided but now its a store credit and I still have to pay the balance. Little frustrating on being told something different on my end. - you state in your reply a refund was not said in my email. In my shipping label email from omniparcel Ryderwear stated " Please allow 5-10 business days once the item is delivered to process the refund. " maybe you should say store credit.
