I ordered during their Boxing Day sale which means your products are delayed from being shipped out anyway due to high volume of orders but with Covid everything was very delayed at the border as well. I contacted Ryderwear after a couple weeks of no tracking updates coming through to inquire into delays and to see if they had any insight. They quickly replied kindly and with the exact info I needed. I got my order today and I am beyond happy with my purchase. Will absolutely order again!! Overall fantastic experience.
