The product has not arrived yet. I pay considerable shipping, $30USD plus duties and taxes to Canada and the product has still not arrived. Tracking is a 3rd party company and also completely useless. The customer support from shipping companies is terrible. If you do order, expect to wait at least 3 weeks to a month to obtain your product.
