I’m not even sure why I’m getting this email as I STILL have not received my package. It’s been over 2 weeks. Have had to reach out to support twice and they’re no help at all. Asked about a refund for the $10 I paid in shipping fees for priority shipping which is 4-10 business days as I haven’t gotten my package yet and it’s been well over 10 business days. The support completely ignored the part of my message about the refund. Again, still no package I ordered 2 weeks ago. I will never order from here again. Lack of communication & care for their customers.
