I ordered some clothes. They never came after over a month of waiting. I emailed customer service, no one responded. I finally got on to social media (Facebook and Instagram) and left messages on their posts. That finally got their attention. Finally, someone reached out to me and let me know that all of the items I ordered were out of stock and on backorder. That should have been noted on their website - as "sold out" or "waitlist". The customer service agent was helpful and did try her best to make a good situation out of my bad experience with Ryderwear. I was finally able to get refunded. Overall terrible experience except for Catie the customer service agent.
