I was disappointed when a brand new pair of leggings I bought developed small holes in their seam immediately, but was very pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service i received to rectify the problem. Talk about way to turn it around from a negative to a positive. It’s not about avoiding every possible thing that can go wrong - rather how you deal with things if they occur. Thankyou
