Waited two weeks for a parcel that didn’t show up, one parcel - lost in transit. The other parcel - lost in transit. Don’t think it’s down to the company. Think it’s down to the god awful couriers they use. Offered to send out a third parcel but no way am I waiting any longer and will take my service and money elsewhere. Absurd!
