I recently purchased activewear from Ryderwear as a Mother’s Day gift for my partner. Unfortunately, the largest size available was too small, and the brand does not offer 2XL options for leggings or bras. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Matt to request a refund, as there are no suitable sizing options available. However, I was only offered store credit worth $192.40, which we’re struggling to use given the lack of inclusive sizing.
Matt repeatedly referred to the store’s policy but failed to provide any helpful suggestions or alternatives. This experience has been especially disappointing as my partner just had a baby and was excited to start her fitness journey with this gift. Sadly, she’s unable to use any of the products due to the limited size range. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ryderwear, particularly for those needing extended sizes.
