I was having some trouble making a transfer and I was in another country with a different SIM card. I received an email from Chris Guelle who then expertly took me through the transfer process- Chris was a lifesaver and ensured that the transfer went ahead. He solved a problem that I couldn’t get my head around. Just fabulous service.
