Not so happy this time - rates offered used to be comparatively better than alternatives (maybe not so much anymore) and customer service used to be amazing too.
Confusion this time - I elected to pay by internet transfer instead of debit card due to a message saying i'd get a slightly higher rate than displayed. In fact, as the transfer didn't go through until next day I got 0.5p less. In the old days, I'd have received a call from 1st contact asking if I still wanted to execute the transfer which was incredibly good service but obviously costly and time-consuming so I assume cost-cutting has been taking place and I'll be looking for an alternative.
