I've used 1st Contact for years and there has never been any problem except for the occasional one when I've got it wrong, and then the staff have always sorted me out immediately and with a good grace I've not deserved. II really don't need to say that the exchange rate has always been way better than I could find elsewhere, and the money has always arrived on time. So what's not to like?
