First time using the safe.co.uk and would advise to avoid. Bought a rifle cabinet it arrived a day late with no communication as to this happening . Not a big issue but I had a builder on standby for the next day to install which meant last minute cancellation. The rifle cabinet arrived with packaging ripped and the cabinet dented , scratched and paint missing . The fixing bolts had not been packed and arrived several days after even though I was chasing . I spent £362.94 for damaged and late items .I was offered £62.34 which I refused as it doesn't help with damaged goods or late delivery they have upped to £60 after several days of me complaining.
