Prompt arrival - made me feel confident in their ability to manage everything. A very small amount of damage to a sofa base (almost insignificant) but Piano perfectly clean and unmarked which is notoriously difficult to move. Overall friendly and well managed service. New neighbours commented on how quiet they were. Good sense of humour which helps reduce the stress too! Well done team.
