As a company I would say they are not very organised, sent 2 different people to survey my windows 2 different prices , phoned the office went up another £400 , then tried to charge me for scaffolding that was already on the order , sent someone else to measure windows told me I would need a lintel on a window , I said that’s fine , another £700 , was not happy , a job that cost £3800 ended up £5200, only had it done because of the fitting time , can’t fault fitters , good lads and a good job
