TERRIBLE customer service! After the initial week or so from installation, you can never speak to anyone! They take weeks to reply to email and months to put thingds right. Rep gave us incorrect information about our windows and installation crew don't get paid until you make your payment to Safestyle on the day of installation - lots of pressure and no time to check everthing first. It took 6 weeks for the first engineer to come and two months later I still haven't even heard from them about a replavement windon that need fitting!
