Fitted a cracked window, but despite mentioning these two above on day of installation more than a month ago, I am still waiting as at 22Apr2021 3. Left gaps between walls and window frame. 4. Scaffolding installed 10Mar21 still in standing endangering my security as it offers windows level platforms at front and back of my house. My inability to return rooms to normal use due to pending remedial works, as well as needing to halt planned external and internal home improvement works due to all of the above is stressing us crazy and we are still waiting 5 weeks on.
