So, after applying for the credit over 1 year, paying a deposit, then being subsequently declined for credit, 10 days later i am still waiting for my deposit back. Absolutely no contact from the company unless i email them only to be told refunds take time! Hold on, you happily took the deposit within minutes, pay it back straight away. Still waiting now, not at all happy with this company or its correspondence
