I thought using a large well known brand such as Safestyle we would have high quality windows and doors. The noise reduction is rubish, i might as well have the windows open. I have had chrome handles replaced because the chrome has failed and the replacements are doing the same. Windows and doors did not shut flush and therefore draftly, so some sort of fix has been added to windows that looks tacky, pic attached. And this appears to have made one of the windows worse and waiting for an engineer again. I would not recomend this company for any replacment windows or doors. I have had various other companys fit windows and doors to other properties and never had such poor quality product.
