Absolutely dreadful service!!
Had one salesperson and one surveyor visit , to be told later down the line that 1 of my windows had been missed off the survey.
Just had a phone call today 22/10/21 to say that they cannot manufacture 2 of my bigger windows 6 weeks down the line!
How odd……. As these 2 windows were manufactured 20 years ago , but cannot be made now ?!? Yet, at least 5 of our neighbours have had these exact windows made in the last 3 months!
Utter unprofessional time wasters !
