They only work fast when it comes to securing quote the rest of service doesn't exist. Immediatly after install I pointed at bad installation, one window wouldn't open/close. I was offered hinges to rectify problem with my windows and a YEAR and 4 months they call me each month one day before engineer visit to tell me parts didn't arrive. I tried all complaint channels but hear nothing but re-arranged engineer visit a month later. One year later I give up...
