My installation was due a week ago. No fitters turned up and I have not been contacted by the company to I let me know what the issue is or has been and to rebook the installation.
For a week I’ve been trying to contact the company by waiting in the call queue 30-40 mins at a time. I spoke to 2 help desk members last week both could not help me and transferred me from department to department with no resolution and numerous failures for a promised callback.
I am in the call queue as I write this review, and have been for the past 20 mins.
The worst service experienced so far!
