Rep came around gave us a quotation, said valid for whilst he was here , asked if we’re key workers I said we were allowed to work however definitely not doctors etc, anyway quotation seemed doable so he left with over 2 grand in cash , having failed financing for the remaining 3k I decided to cancel rather than pay more money out , order form says we’re nhs which we discovered afterwards.
Now fighting for my deposit back !!! Extremely poor experience.
