Sold Elderly Parents UPVC in stead of Composite door as asked for. Refused to change it even though Salesman had a number of things wrong on order. Took no notice of Legal letter and threatened elderly people with Court so they paid. Door on is damaged and lock broken attempted to fix 3 weeks ago nothing repaired heard no more. Done 3 Trust Pilots and passed on contact details. No contact.
