Safestyle engineer came to adjust my door Dave Jones is friendly and thorough . it’s a good job your engineers aren’t like your shocking customer service team . I was told haven’t you another door you can use when I reported an issue and I’m the whole of 2022 there was no Saturday appointments available and I’d have to take a day off work to wait in .
