A mistake by the salesman on the initial order is being ignored and misread by the so called help team. At the time of my order the SafeStyle system was not working so, I did not have the contract to see and when I did get it the pictures and description of the windows didn't make a lot of sense so I trusted the sales had got what I asked for. Phoned no reply, emailed no reply, finally got an email answer and I feel they are deliberately misreading my issue.
Aftercare is poor.
