Day off installation went well
Everything since has been rubbish even down to them having to send out a locksmiths so I can close my windows
All the double glazing panels have been taken out and repositioned
Which marks the beading
Have had lock mechanism and handles changed
Now been waiting for 2 and half months for a window gasket to be installed which was not fitted at factory
Just been told it will be January
All the problems are over a 4 month period so far
Will not be using safe style again to do the back of my house
