Do not trust this company with your hard earned money.
We had a door fitted a couple of years ago with a 10 year guarantee.
Door has developed a fault and we are unable to open it, it is permanently locked.
Called their helpline, and the earliest they can attend is 18th January, fully 7 weeks in the future. This is shocking!!!
