Replied to a listing on facebook re grant for new windows if yours are over so many years old. Turned out to be Safe Style windows made an appointment for Saturday. Saturday morning they phoned to confirm I said ok but my wife is travelling back from friends and may not be here but I know what colour we want and style also what handles. The arrogant git on the over end of the phone started talking over me and said if we both can't be there he cancelling the appointment. Whilst still trying to establish whay a 60 plus year old man can't shop on his own he said good bye and put the phone down.
