I have been waiting a year for safestyle to fix my bay windows. On the safestyle chat last Christmas I mentioned that I can hear every car going by and the room is drafty. The safestyle support assured me my window should not be like that. I made an appoint for safestyle to assess the windows. They confirmed that they were badly installed and recommended a replacement. Since then repair staff have turned up looked at the job and said they have been told all that was needed was trim. The company has cancelled three appointments in a row. I sit in the cold all day trying to work. I have to prove that the windows are costing me money in raised heating bills even thought their own staff have written reports that the window are sub-standard. I requested a Subject Access Reqest last month waited 30 days rang today they don't know what happened to it and I will have to request another. This is customer care I am still waiting for the care.
