Just talked to one of your call centre, who has just lost your company around £25000 worth of business. Was returning a call, not knowing which company had called, and when I said my wife has already talked to him, he was insistent of my name and details. I said don’t worry as my wife has already talked and he then proceeded to be rude and abusive.
As I said he has just lost your company £25000 ish! What an idiot eh? Sure the MD would be chuffed with you! No loss for me. Goodbye!
