I had my windows fitted in 2017, the engineer made a mess n my sons bedroom window to the sill and the wall above the window is now cracked, I was charged well over the price of other companies and the patterned glass is on the outside of the window for some reason all the other windows and doors have it on the inside. Now they ring me every few months even though I've told them if I want them (which I don't) to do the remaining windows I'm quite capable of contacting them not vis verser. I would not use them again. Also the told me I needed to have toughned glass over the bed and the bathroom with a fire window in my sons bedroom. All extra expense
