We have had the same issues like other people with the salesman at the house being pushy and trying the hard sell over pricing the windows then called someone to say they can do it at half the price
We told the salesman that we had other people coming to the house to give us quotes and he started being unprofessional and rude. He took 2 1/2 hours trying to get us to sign up and agree. But they was no way we were going to agree to anything.
