What a disappointing company, its a wonder they are still trading ,
Independent Surveyor was very professional, but that was the last of
that service
Customer Service was a joke, promised to return phone calls and never
did.
In the end we have had to cancel the order, they could not have cared a
toss.
Any one wanting replacement windows, Do not use this second rate company
