We had ordered a composite door with the sales rep. He was well versed with all the products and we never felt under any pressure. A few days later the surveyor came and measured up, again he was very informative. Delivery and installation of the door was ahead of the original quoted delivery date and on the day the installation team did a good job. Well pleased!
