Our windows were fitted beginning of October. We are still waiting for issues to be resolved. They don’t answer emails or return phone calls. All told Safestyle falls very shout of it’s Customer Service standards. When the surveyor eventually came out to check the installation - why don’t they have an automatic quality check - he was quite appalled by the standard of fitting and noticed issues that we had not! We are still waiting for his report; resolution to our complaint and a refund for a lintel that’s was not used!
Our neighbour has withdrawn an order following our problems!
