We really love our new door. The customer service team were polite & friendly as was the sales representative. We were told it could take up to 3 weeks for door to be ready after the surveyor had been, but we had a phone call a week later to make an appointment to fit the door as it was ready. The door fitter took less than 2 hrs to fit the door, he was polite & professional & cleared up after. We would definitely recommend Safestyle UK.
