The product is very good and the installation team were excellent, polite and curtious at all times, great attention to detail and left the site tidy.
The overall value for money is also very good.
The problem I had with Safestley was with the the customer service aspect. I had difficulty in getting people to phone me back, I also made appointment for no one to turn up, I had to ring to be told they forgot. It got to a point that I asked the question if they wanted my business or not.
