Had 6 windows and one french door conversion. Was done in half the estimated time and didn't need the scaffolding so agreed to refund the cost. The fitters were friendly, considerate of the kids regarding noise and made sure we had a safe space away from the work by discussing this with me beforehand and prioritising the order in which they did the windows. Safe to say I was happy with the work and the end result.
