Quality of the product and workmanship during the installation are of top quality and worthy of a 5 * rating.
However the initial installation date was optimistic at best given the lockdown situation and I received no contact from the company for weeks.
Things moved swiftly following a formal complaint and issues with the initial survey were identified and rectified swiftly.
I have used safestyle before and had no issues so I do not believe my recent experience to standard, therefore I can only recommend them to others.
